Wellness. At your PACE.

Compassionate, personalized therapy available in person or wherever you feel the most at ease.

Our approach

At PACE Wellness, we believe healing happens at your pace. Our approach blends evidence-based therapy with creativity and connection to help you build emotional balance and self-awareness.

We draw from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices while integrating art, music, and play therapy to create a space that feels both reflective and empowering. Whether you’re processing emotions, navigating life transitions, or learning to set healthy boundaries, sessions are designed to meet you where you are — in person or virtually — with compassion and intention.

Our goal is to help you slow down, tune in, and move forward toward a life rooted in confidence, calm, and growth.
