NYISHA ROGERS, LCSW

Lead Clinician & Founder

I believe therapy should feel supportive, honest, and genuinely human. With over a decade of experience working with adolescents, women, and families, I created PACE Wellness to be a space where clients can slow down, feel emotionally safe, and begin healing without pressure or judgment.

My work is rooted in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lasting impact of difficult or traumatic experiences. Many of the clients I work with have spent years functioning in survival mode while trying to hold everything together for everyone else.

My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered while building healthier ways to cope, connect, and move through life with greater balance and self-awareness.

Her approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in building genuine connection. Shykeila works to help clients feel emotionally supported while developing healthier coping skills, improving communication, and learning how to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-awareness.

With experience supporting individuals through difficult life experiences and emotional challenges, she strives to create a space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and empowering for growth.
