Our approach

At PACE Wellness, we believe therapy should feel supportive, honest, and genuinely human. Our approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating emotional safety so clients feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are without pressure or judgment.

We understand that many people spend years functioning in survival mode while carrying emotional stress quietly and continuing to show up for everyone around them. Our goal is to help clients slow down, process life more intentionally, and build healthier ways to cope, communicate, and reconnect with themselves and others.

Healing isn’t rushed here — it happens at your pace.

More than just a safe space..

PACE Wellness is more than just a place to talk. It’s a space designed for reflection, connection, emotional growth, and learning how to navigate life with greater balance and self-awareness.

Support That Meets You Where You Are

Life can feel heavy when you’re constantly trying to hold everything together. At PACE Wellness, we support teens, women, and families through anxiety, emotional overwhelm, parenting stress, relationship challenges, burnout, and life transitions with therapy that feels supportive, down-to-earth, and genuinely human.

Meet the Lead Clinician

  • Nyisha Rogers, LCSW

I believe therapy should feel supportive, honest, and genuinely human. With over a decade of experience working with adolescents, women, and families, I created PACE Wellness to be a space where clients can slow down, feel emotionally safe, and begin healing without pressure or judgment.

My work is especially rooted in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of difficult or traumatic experiences. Many of the clients I work with have spent years functioning in survival mode, carrying emotional burdens quietly while trying to hold everything together for everyone else.

My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered while building healthier ways to cope, connect, and move through life with greater balance and self-awareness.

At PACE Wellness, healing isn’t rushed …it happens at your pace.

"My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style."
